Barrancabermeja liegt am Ufer des Magdalena-Flusses und war ein Epizentrum der bewaffneten Konflikte. In dieser Stadt treffen die Ausbeutung des Bergbaus und der Fischerei auf die sozialen Kämpfe und überlagern vielfältige und unterschiedliche Erinnerungen. Daher ist die Stadt ein geeigneter Ort, die kolumbianischen Karten der Ungerechtigkeiten und Ungleichheiten auf den Tisch zu legen und darüber zu sprechen, wie wir sie überwinden.
